Absolutely wonderful! From the online process with Brennan to the in-person visit with Ken. The entire experience was seamless and took less than an hour. We were so pleased and even got the "Red Carpet Experience" as we climbed behind the wheel of our new truck. If I could give 10 stars to this group, I would! Best car buying experience ever!!
This was our first service for our 2016 Buick Verano since purchasing the vehicle for my youngest son who bill be a senior in high school this fall from Carvana. Your service department discovered things that should have been done prior to delivery. I have attempted to bill Caravana for the repair costs. I was extremely pleased with the whole process from start to finish with getting the warranty work done on my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado. My service advisor, Lauren Wood, did a great job of keeping me informed and letting me know exactly what was being done and allowed me to come and talk with the service technician so he could explain everything to me and it made me feel a lot better about the end result of getting it fixed correctly. They even finished the work earlier than expected and was very professional and courteous throughout. And there was absolutely no problem in getting everything done under warranty!
