Everyone was GREAT . . . as usual!! I especially want to thank Lauren, who greeted me, checked me in and kept me in-touch with everything that was going on with the repair of my car. The only thing I have an issue with is all the surveys I have to complete. This is the third time I have done so.
Even though I forgot my appointment was at 10 i got there at 9 and they were able to fit me in. Even told me of a recall and had it fixed. Really nice staff and they have new chairs in the waiting that are easier for me to get up and down with my disability.
Everything was taken care of as far as recommendations and my oil change. The service departmentment accommodated all of my needs in one visit. Andrea is such an asset! She always goes above and beyond!
They have kept me up to date on everything that was going on. They also were very upfront with cost prior to anything being done. They went out of the way to make sure that everything possible was covered by the warranty.
