Service manager went well beyond due diligence to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Payed full attention to customer trouble report and executed proper diagnostics and corrective action accordingly. (A simple but 1 of a kind problem.) I am a retired maintenance engineer, and he has my full respect and appreciation.
I really liked my sales rep (KC). He was a NO pressure rep and seemed to have my best interest at hand. However, when it came to financing he told me that financing through GM relies solely on Equifax credit scores. Unfortunately, this ended up not being accurate. My credit with all three agencies is locked due to previous fraud so I only unlocked equifax to have my credit pulled. After completing my purchase I have received multiple letters from financing companies stating they could not complete Heyward’s request due to the inability to access my credit. This is important because I could have received a better rate had my other agencies been accessed ( my scores with the other two agencies is higher than equifax). Lastly, I felt pressure to purchase an extended warranty on my 2020 vehicle which in retrospect I regret as I’m not sure it was a wise choice

Always great service on the vehicle, but dealership has a hard time coordinating all of the paperwork involving pre-purchased maintenance agreements, which causes confusion for the service department accounting personnel and service managers. Frustrating to have to straighten it all out each time I have the car serviced.
From a welcoming arrival, leisurely test drive, “non pressure” sales person - Dalton Bender, easy financing, and straight forward final paperwork, the buying of my new 2020 Buick was a great experience!
