At Heyward Allen I walked in an they gave me a far price for trade in an good financial rate with no dickering back an forth because they were very professional with all quotes. I will never look at any other dealership ever again.
The service people are very friendly and helpful. They worked hard to address all the things I asked. I will have to make another appointment because the steering wheel column is still squeaking after sitting for a time.
Service was scheduled a week away. Loaner car was guaranteed. Loaner car wasn't available, no phone call was made notifying us there wasn't a loaner. After attitude from service writer, a loaner was finally arranged. Car was serviced. Arrived to get the car and there was grease marks all over the driver and passenger seats and roof. Attitude again from service writer. Someone took car to clean up bay. Terrible job at the clean up bay. Joey was notified. Joey was also shown the condition of the dash when the car was returned. Not at all impressed with the service dept.
Sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable and aware of the fact that busy people don't want to hang around all day making a purchase transaction. They gave decent pricing and fair trade-in allowance; completed the purchase in an hour.
